Every planetary hour table printed in Europe was worked out for Europe. Agrippa's hours, and the Picatrix before him, assume long summer days in June and short ones in December. In Australia the seasons run the other way, and a day in Hobart and a day in Darwin are very different lengths.
This book gives the traditional unequal hours for every day of 2027 in ten Australian cities: Cardwell, Cairns, Darwin, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth. For each day you get sunrise, sunset, the planet ruling the day, and the length of a day hour and a night hour. Times are local clock time, daylight saving included where your state uses it.
A one-page guide explains the Chaldean order, gives a worked example, and has a full grid of which planet rules each of the 24 hours on each weekday.
Planetary hours belong to the esoteric tradition, and this book describes the practice on its own terms. It makes no claim about what the hours do.
